This adapter plate is designed for Honda J-Series Gen 1 engines, including:

• J30A1
• J30A3
• J32A1
• J32A2
• J35A1
• J35A3
• J35A4

It allows these engines to bolt up to a wide range of GM small-block Chevrolet automatic and manual transmissions. Uses a GM High Torque Mini Starter for an easy off the shelf replacement if ever needed.  

Flexplate / Flywheel Compatibility

Using the included crank adapter, the setup works with standard GM components:

• 168-tooth GM Small Block Flexplate
  - Pioneer FRA-100 or equivalent
• GM Small Block Flywheel
  - LUK LFW103 or equivalent

This eliminates the need for:

• Custom flywheels
• Custom clutch packages
• Custom torque converters

Adapter Plate Details

• Thickness: 0.50 inch
• Starter location: under the right-hand side of the engine
• Oil pan modification required:
  - Notching
  - Welding of the OEM oil pan
