Flat rate shipping is established on all parts shipped within the lower 48 US states. 
Everything else is considered International and will be calculated based on your final shipping address.
If your international rate seems to be incorrect, please contact us Via email @ Sales@performanceadapters.com and we can create a custom order with more accurate shipping costs.
