RETURN AND REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Performance Adapters, we work hard to ensure you're as satisfied as possible with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes things happen, and we all can change our minds. If you decide that you need to return or exchange your purchase, please review the following and contact Performance Adapters as soon as possible.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY:
•    Please inspect your delivery, once received. If you are missing any components, or any parts were damaged in shipping, Performance Adapters must be notified within 2 weeks of receiving your order for any exchange consideration.
•    Performance Adapters is not responsible for resolving any shipping issues outside of our scope and will not provide refunds for shipments confirmed as delivered.
•    Once a shipment is marked as ‘delivered’ status to the address provided on the order, it is considered in the customer's possession. Performance Adapters is not responsible for any shipping issues or missing packages after the tracking status for the shipment shows ‘delivered.’
•    Performance Adapters is not liable for any delivery theft or ‘porch-piracy’ incidents that may occur after the package has been delivered. Customers are recommended to check in on tracking information and arrange for delivery at a secure location.
•    In the event a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been physically received at the shipping address provided, it is the responsibility of the customer to initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
•    Performance Adapters is unable to resolve shipping issues or provide refunds for shipments having a tracking status confirmed as ‘delivered’.

RETURNS:
•    Due to the custom nature of our products, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
•    Returns will be considered for any kit component provided it is unused, undamaged and unmodified and returned within 60 days of original order ship date.
•    No refunds or credits will be approved after 90 days of the initial purchase date.
•    Once the return is received and inspected you will be notified, and the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund to the account.

EXCHANGES:
•    To get an exchange in-process, please return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, then make a separate purchase for the correct item to get the new order processed and shipped in parallel. This will ensure the quickest turnaround for the new shipment.
•    Components will not be replaced after 6 months of purchase date.

PRODUCT QUALITY:
•    DO NOT modify or do any machining to components prior to contacting Performance Adapters. We reserve the right up front to repair, or make any modifications requested to any of our products. If any modification work is performed at a local shop, by the customer, etc. without prior written approval from Performance Adapters, ANY RESULTING COSTS INCURRED WILL NOT BE THE RESPONIBILITY OF PERFORMANCE ADAPTERS - NO EXCEPTION.
•    Additionally, if you install, paint, cut, scratch, drill, torch, bend, sand blast, or modify kit components in any way, we will not accept your return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN & REFUND DETAILS:
•    DO NOT send returns to Performance Adapters via C.O.D. method. If this occurs, the delivery will be refused and sent back to you.
•    No returns will be approved on special order items – NO EXCEPTION.
•    Under no circumstances will Performance Adapters cover labor charges, or any charges incurred during the kit installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Performance Adapters with any issues.
•    No shipping and handling will be credited on returns.
•    Performance Adapters is not responsible for shipping and handling costs incurred for any returns.
•    It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Performance Adapters prior to returning any products.
•    Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be processed and completed.
