KIT OVERVIEW

This adapter system allows you to mate a Ford 2.3L Lima engine to a Dodge Ram V8–platform ZF 8HP transmission, including the 8HP70, 8HP75, 8HP90, and 8HP95 models. These transmissions deliver lightning-fast shifts and are capable of handling substantial power levels, especially when combined with aftermarket transmission control systems.

The 2.3L Lima engine saw its debut in the Pinto in 1974 but also saw use in the popular SVO Mustang from the Fox body era. 

Will not fit the later 2.0/2.3/2.5 DOHC Duratec Ford/Mazda family of engines.
