Expanding Our Lineup: New Summer 2026 Releases!

Performance Adapters is excited to announce a significant expansion of our transmission adapters and accessories offerings. Since May 2026, we've added over 30 new products designed to unlock even more engine-and-transmission pairing possibilities for classic car builders, hot rod enthusiasts, and truck customizers. Whether you're swapping a Mercedes diesel engine or fitting a Honda K-series into a Jaguar, our newest adapters make these builds achievable!

 

A few of our latest releases:

Dodge, Chrysler & Mopar Engine Adapters

We've introduced several game-changing options for Mopar builders. The PADO201 connects Dodge/Chrysler Gen. 1 Hemi V8 engines (1954–58) to modern Dodge Ram 8HP70/75/80/90 automatic transmissions, bringing legendary power into the modern era. For flathead inline-8 enthusiasts, the PADO301 and PADO302 unlock pathways to both Dodge Ram and Chevy/GM automatics, respectively.

Big-block Mopar fans will appreciate our three new B/RB-series adapters: PADO402 pairs with Chevy/GM automatic transmissions, PADO403 supports manual swaps, and PADO404 enables unique pairings with Ford Ecoboost 6R80/10R80 automatics.

Diesel and International Engine Options

Diesel swaps just became more accessible. The PAME105 adapter mounts Mercedes OM606/OM647 inline diesel engines to Dodge Ram Truck and Jeep 3.0L Eco-Diesel 8HP70/75 transmissions—a rare and powerful combination. Ford Powerstroke builders will benefit from PAFO1001, connecting 7.3L Powerstroke engines to modern 6R140/10R140 transmissions.

International and Navistar diesel swaps are now possible with PAFO1002 and PAFO1003, bridging 7.3L IDI engines to Ford 6.7L diesel transmission platforms.

Japanese and European Engine Swaps

Honda and Jaguar builders have new options with the PAHO104, adapting K-series Honda engines to Jaguar 3.0L/5.0L 8HP automatic transmissions. The PAHO203 opens J-Series engine compatibility to both automatic and manual Chevy/GM transmissions.

Classic Cadillac fans can now mount 365/390 V8 engines to Chevy/GM manual transmissions using the PACA102 adapter.

Chevrolet and Ford Engine Combinations

Our LS and small-block offerings have grown significantly. The PACH306 connects modern LS engines (with 8-bolt cranks) directly to Dodge Ram 8HP automatics. The PACH403 enables SBC/BOPC swaps into Ford Modular or AOD automatic platforms.

Ford flathead builders will love the PAFO801 and PAFO802, connecting 8BA engines (1948–53) to both Ford Modular and Chevy/GM transmission families. Our expanding Ford Ecoboost lineup—PAFO1101, PAFO1102, PAFO1103, and PAFO1104—supports both four-cylinder and smaller Ecoboost engines across multiple transmission platforms.

The PAFO1201 and PAFO1204 bring even smaller 1.5L/1.6L Ecoboost options into the Performance Adapters family.

Transmission Cooler Adapters & Specialty Fittings

We've also expanded our support ecosystem with dedicated transmission cooler adapter fittings. The PATCA10R140-FF and PATCA10R140-ST (forward-facing and straight-out configurations) provide flexible cooling solutions for the 10R140 transmission. Universal options for Dodge/Ram 8HP series (PATCADO8HP-UNV) and Jaguar 8HP transmissions (PATCAJG8HP-UNV) simplify cooler integration regardless of engine bay layout.

Transfer case enthusiasts will appreciate the PAFO6R80-NP205-TCA, enabling Ford 6R80 automatic transmissions to bolt up to NP205 transfer cases for serious off-road builds.
